Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between a refill and a roll with spool?
A refill is filament without a spool: cheaper and less waste. You mount it on a reusable Bambu Lab spool. Don't have a spool yet? Choose a roll with spool first.
Does the filament work with my Bambu Lab AMS?
Yes. Bambu Lab filament has an RFID chip, so the AMS recognises colour and settings automatically. It is compatible with AMS, AMS 2 Pro, AMS HT and AMS Lite.
How does the volume discount work?
The discount is applied automatically in your cart. You can mix colours: the total number of spools within the same product line counts. For Bambu Lab filament the discount starts at 2 spools, for Smart Print PLA at 5 spools.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free from €100 to Germany and Belgium, and from €70 within the Netherlands. For other EU countries, shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Does Smart Print PLA work in other printers too?
Yes. Smart Print PLA is 1.75 mm filament with a tolerance of ±0.03 mm and is suitable for most 3D printers.
